At FeatherFresh, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to offer a fair and transparent refund and cancellation process. Please review the details below before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our support team at the earliest.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used mattresses and opened bedding products are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged during shipping.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. You will be notified via email upon approval or rejection of the refund.

Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed using the same method used for payment. For COD orders, we may request bank details to initiate the refund via NEFT or UPI.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.
