Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order has been dispatched.

We partner with reputable courier services including Delhivery, E-Kart, and Shiprocket to ensure secure and timely delivery across India.
FeatherFresh ships to most locations across India. If a delivery address is not serviceable, our team will contact you to offer alternate solutions.
Customers will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS once the order is shipped. If tracking information is not received within 2 days of placing the order, please contact us at info@featherfresh.in.
If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer to reschedule the delivery or process a cancellation, if necessary.
We recommend customers inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the packaging is damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
